By engaging Vizva.Tech for any service — whether via email, contract, or verbal agreement — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
Services & Deliverables
The scope of work, deliverables, and timeline are defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal agreed upon before work commences. Any changes to scope are subject to a formal change request.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is structured as 50% upfront and 50% on project completion. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets produced exclusively for you become your property. Vizva.Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a specific NDA prohibits it.
Limitation of Liability
Vizva.Tech's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Legal Basis for Processing
